Euro Toques Switzerland

Euro-Toques International was created 20 years ago by great chefs Pierre Romeyer (Belgium), Paul Bocuse (France), Gualtiero Marchesi (Italy) and Juan-Marie Arzak (Spain).

Our association has 4000 cooks and chefs in Europe, organized in 18 offices. This is the only cook represented at the European Parliament in Brussels. In Switzerland we are now 34 members and our development is growing.

Each member adheres to a code of honor (code self) who hired to defend a profession and promote the quality of the products of his country, his region and his land.

What do we want?

Protect the quality and flavor. Promoting the skills of artisans of food. Sustaining cultures and traditions of our gastronomys in their diversity and origins. Do not compromise with the new methods may be a risk to health or affect the taste of food. To fight for proper labeling to help consumers in their choices.
